Meet Alexa

Living with cerebral palsy has made me the advocate I am today.

Growing up mainstreamed in public school, I learned to navigate a world that wasn't always designed for me. That experience—and the relationships I built with people of all abilities—ignited a passion for education that has shaped my entire career.

I hold a B.A. in Child Development from Sacramento State and have spent 15+ years working with schools, nonprofits, government agencies, medical facilities, and first responders to help their teams learn disability etiquette—not just awareness, but the confidence and skills to include and support people with disabilities.

I live in Sacramento with my husband and our dogs. When I'm not speaking or training, you'll find me advocating, connecting with community, and exploring new places.
